This round prong setting will perfectly show off your most beautiful 8 to 8.5mm round crystals, gems, or cabochons. The setting features four prongs to hold the stone perfectly in place, and holes around the base of the setting that are perfect for wire, cable, elastic, or sewing thread. You could easily create a ring, bracelet, or earrings.
The outer ring of stones, creating a halo look, is a multitude of small white cubic zirconia (CZ) — an ideal addition to any number of sparkling creations. The finished jewelry or crystals are shown, as an example or inspiration, and are not included. The prongs are not closed on the single samples.
These are easy to use - place your stone in the setting, and press the prongs down with a pair of flat-nose pliers.
For stones 8.5mm, you should gently bend the prongs outward before setting the stone.
For high dome cabochons, use a bit of jewelry glue for added security.
