Shipping policy

Unless you select otherwise during checkout, all orders for physical products are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and insurance. You can choose Priority during checkout. International shipping charges change frequently, so I have estimated shipping costs. Any overages are promptly refunded. International import and/or customs fees & taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. I ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Tutorial download links are available immediately after purchase and are sent to your email address - please make sure it is correct during check-out.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please do not ask me to alter the order value on the customs label. I'm not responsible for delays due to the amount of time your country holds your order in customs.
