Refund policy

In most cases, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) (general, non-custom-made items) you receive, I will refund the purchase price of the item(s). Unless I have made an error, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. You must contact me within 5 business days of receipt and BEFORE returning your item, to discuss any issues you might have. Items must be undamaged from use or wear and resell-able.

►Digital Downloads - Jewelry Tutorials - Because tutorials are an electronic file that you have instant access to, and can't technically 'return' them, tutorials are non-refundable - thank you for your understanding.
►When ordering rings, please be sure of your ring size before ordering - rings cannot be resized by me or anyone else.

Send me a message with photos, so I can see what the problem is.
If it is my fault, I will have you send the ring (jewelry) back to me for repair or replacement - send me the tracking number and shipping cost (USPS 1st class with tracking and insurance, or basic international shipping) and I will refund the return shipping as soon as I can verify the tracking number. I will repair or remake the ring (jewelry), and ship back to you (at my expense) as soon as possible - usually just a couple of days.

If the issue/damage is not my fault, send me a message with photos, and we'll discuss what, if anything, can be done and the cost. Shipping both ways on repair/replacements that are not my fault are the responsibility of the buyer.
