Alexandrite 40.35 carats lab created, lab grown, loose gemstone. This listing is for one stone - the exact one pictured - a gorgeous faceted stone color-change, Lab-Grown Alexandrite.
The stone appears deep purple, reddish purple, or bluish purple, depending on the lighting. For that reason, it was incredibly hard to photograph. The photos don't really do it justice, and have been edited for clarity and brightness only. There are a few very, very small 'surface marks' that looks like small dust. They are not hugely noticeable, and may be able to be 'buffed out' - the price has been adjusted to account for any flaws.
This stone is out of my own personal collection - I was always going to put it in a pendant, but never got around to it - not enough hours in the day.
This stone is a huge 23.63x17.23x9.28mm oval and is 40.35 carats. You will receive the exact stone pictured.
I have tried to represent this stone as true as possible - color may vary slightly depending on your monitor's settings. This stone is hand-faceted, not machine faceted, and may have minute flaws in the facets.
