Swarovski Sew-on, in a rare hard to find 8mm Vitrail Medium article 4471. These Swarovski crystal stones are set in jewelry quality 4 pronged, open back, settings - photos show crystals set in silver plated setting but are available in silver or gold plated. Listing price is for 2 crystals with settings. Ring show for example and not included.
These were a real challenge to photograph - looking at the crystal straight on, and it looks like a solid greyish steel blue color, but turn the stone slightly, and and all the other yummy colors seem to magically appear. These crystals have extra facets to magnify the sparkle - really beautiful crystals. I'm told these are the "antique" version of Vitrail Medium, produced before the watermelon version that's more familiar. I personally think these look more like the vintage color Sahara :)

A small note about foil-backed stones: Swarovski’s sew-ons are excellent quality; I have at least 3 I rarely take off. However, there are chemicals and some oils and lotions that can eat at the foil on the back of the crystal. If in doubt, whether something will hurt the foil, take the ring (or other piece of jewelry off).
