Pink Fire Opal, 12x10 2 Pcs Vintage West German Glass Cabochon with Setting. These stones are set in a high-quality 4-pronged, open back, sew-on type setting in either silver-plated or gold-plated - your choice. (Does not include finished jewelry shown as examples).
These are 12x10mm ovals and have exceptional color flashes of pinks and golds, and a little blue. These are so well-made, they look a lot like genuine opal. I believe these were hand-made, and no 2 are totally alike - pale milky pink glass, with some having more gold, or more pink, or even blue specks.
No two are exactly alike, but I will match them as close as possible.
These fit in the settings well, but for added security, you might want to fill the back with jewelers' glue like Hypo-Cement.
