This fun and easy step-by-step tutorial shows you how to make cute little Faux Bows in wire. They can be made into earrings, matching pendant, even a package enhancement. Add crystals and beads to the ear wires to match the season, for Awareness causes, or birthstone colors. These bows work up quickly, and can get you out of that last minute "gift-jam". 😌  This tutorial also includes a bonus bail "adapter" for the pendant bow. Can also be easily adapted and made into a ring.

For earrings - 11 1/2 inches (29.2cm) half-round wire 16 to 14 gauge dead soft; 2 5mm jump rings; 1 pair of ear wires For pendants - 5 to 6 inches (12.7 to 15.2cm) 12 to 10 gauge half-round wire dead soft (recommended), 2inches (5.1cm) 18 to 16 gauge half-round wire, 3 inches (7.6cm) 18g round wire half-hard, 1 5mm jump ring Wire can be any metal of your choice - this will also work in round wire, hammered round wire, and thin pattern wire
Ruler Permanent marker (Sharpie) Flush cutters (heavy duty recommended) Round nose pliers Chain or flat nose pliers File for round wire ends Optional; large stepped-round nose, awl
