The listing price is for 2 or 4 pieces of 18x13mm oval-shaped 4120, silver or gold-plated sew-on settings. Four pieces include a 15% discount. 
Settings fit 18x13mm crystals. These are high-quality, cadmium-free, nickel-free, and lead-free. These wonderful settings have 4 holes (2 each on 2 sides), so half the work of attaching or adding them to your favorite jewelry design or craft project has been done for you. 
The last photo shows a set crystal for example, the crystal is not included. (lint in 1st photo also not included 🙄)

They are easy to use - simply place the rhinestone/crystal in the setting, hold the rhinestone/crystal in place, and carefully bend the prongs down.
