Alexandrite, 12x12mm square, loose gemstone, lab created - lab-grown.
These stones appears deep purple, reddish purple, or bluish purple, depending on the lighting. For that reason, they are incredibly hard to photograph. The photos don't really do them justice, and have been edited for clarity and brightness only.
This stones are 12 x 12mm square and approximately 9.5 carats each. Nearly identical to natural Alexandrite, lab grown stones have all of the beauty of a natural Alexandrite, along with the color-changing properties, but it is far more affordable and doesn't have any inclusions or flaws!
