Jewelry Clamp, Rubber Jaw Clamp, Wire Working Clamp, Best Clamp Ever

These are probably the best clamps I've ever run across in my 30+ years of bending wire. No more fussing with sticky tapes that are hard to reposition, or small plastic clamps that just don't hold well enough. And boy do these clamps hold - a strong, tight solid hold that doesn't mar your work, but easy to reposition as your work progresses. I've been 'testing' these for several years, and now I couldn't tell you where my other, 'old' clamps are. These help you hold your work together while you wrap - creating a neater more stable piece of jewelry. These are great for beginners, who need a little 'help' getting wraps started (the wire is less likely to argue), and for seasoned jewelry artists as well.

NOTE: (1) The jaws open to about 5 to 7mm wide, though you might be able to file the rubber to get another millimeter or 2. The tension is not adjustable.
(2) Sometimes during transit, the rubber ends temporarily stick together. Hold the lever out to the side, and gently tap the clamp on the edge of a table and the clamp should pop right open.

These clamps are 4 inches long, well made, and hold up well against a lot of use - I use mine EVERY SINGLE DAY. Could also be used to hold small pieces while polishing.
