Handmade Wire Wrapped Ring, Paraiba Tourmaline Quartz Doublet, Gemstone Ring
This entirely handmade ring features a wonderful Paraiba Tourmaline Quartz Doublet, 8x10mm faceted gemstone. It is a vibrant blue/green gemstone. My pictures came out a little "sky blue", but to me, in person, they are closer in color to the last (stock) photo.
I hand set these in a jewelry quality nickel free silver plated prong setting. The rest of the ring is entirely handmade in Sterling silver wire and beads.
What is a quartz doublet? Quartz doublet: is composed of a faceted clear genuine quartz top and bottom; the adhesive that holds the two together provides the beautifulParaiba Blue Tourmaline color. Please note: While the stone (and ring) is by no means fragile, reasonable care should be taken to ensure long life of your ring. Wash with warm, soapy water. Avoid heat and harsh chemicals. Ultrasonic cleaning and steam cleaning should never be used.
This ring is shown in Sterling Silver size 7.5
